So, those of you who read my blog, know that I have had my ups and downs when it comes to food. And those of you who are here for the first time, let me tell you! I have had my ups and downs with food. I have read many, many books concerning nutrition, as well as studying to become a Holistic Nutritional Counselor. I know from all my experience that diet and health is a totaly personal thing. I also know that it can be VERY confusing! With all that I have been through, I want to be the one to help you figure out what works for YOU! I do not believe in a one size fits all diet approach. I believe in a way of life. What you eat, how you eat, when and where you work out, how you sleep and many other factors all contribute to health, and all of them have to fit into the life that YOU lead.
